With easy access to the South West Coast Path, Dartmoor, Exmoor and the Tarka trail plus up to 10 bed guest accommodation in a stunning location at our disposal, we have now officially launched our Walking Devon website.

It feels like it has been a while in the making what with moving house, getting married then covid, but well worth the wait. Walking Devon not only helps others out by providing a great pressure free walking experience, it also means I get to spend more time poring over maps, hanging out with fellow walkers and cooking up a storm of culinary delights. Happy with that.
The Lime Kilns are looking great and the van is primed ready to shuttle guests around some of the many great walking spots Devon boasts.
We are already out of the starting blocks with our first group of walkers booked to stay in early June, with plans to walk some of the coast path and a day on Dartmoor as well.
Depending on the weather, we are aiming to fire up the outdoor oven in the evenings to welcome them back from a good day’s walking with some tasty wood-fired pizzas around our riverside fire pit.
With the exception of a few weeks in June the Kilns are now booked all summer so we are taking Walking Devon bookings from early September onwards.
Whatever the ability or ambition we are on hand to support walkers along a great variety of routes and make sure they are thoroughly looked after at the day’s end.
