She's going strong...

A month in and Meg is making great strides on the South West Coast Path. Gracefully dipping out to replenish stores at home only when the weather becomes too rotten, she has made great headway over the last few weeks.

Inspiring friends and family to don their walking boots and join her she has drawn company along the way; thanks to Auntie Jackie and Uncle Roger, Phoebe and Beth, Chloe and Emma and a big shout out to Liv Pearce (my favourite surrogate daughter) for helping her kick it all off down in Bournemouth.

Other highlights so far include a conversation with a couple on the path who had just bumped into Raynor and Moth Winn taking another coastal stretch, dolphins, seals and a sausage dog called Chorizo! Check her Facebook page for her story and for details on how to help her raise money for Lupus UK:

Meg opting to float the path between Teignmouth and Shaldon

After 200 odd miles the South Dorset AND South Devon coast are now behind her and to celebrate her arrival at the Devon/Cornwall border, and to avoid another bout of foul weather, she is presently out in Denmark on a reunion. A well-earned reward Meg, see you back on the path!
